Yes, there are three positions for the steering rod on the rear steering lever. The inner position will provide you with a 1:1 steering (front wheel and handlebar move parallelly). This is very suitable for slow inner-city slalom but it can be annoying having to "row" at higher speeds. The outer position will induce a strong progression. This feels very agile and sporty but demands more power in tight corners especially when kids are carried.
